Plan and Prepare: The objective of this stage is to coordinate and prepare both the Brilliant info implementation development team and the customer team for the ensuing project.

Build: The Build phase includes all the work to be modelled in the UAT environment configuring, populating, modifying, or adding to the solution meeting business requirements
