This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications Brilliant WMS, Brilliant OMS, Brilliant DMS (“Applications”) for mobile devices that was created by Brilliant Info System Pvt Ltd. The application is specially designed for small, medium and large businessmen as well as their customer also.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information:
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with us.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your name, business name, business category, service offered, business address, discounts, mobile number, telephone, e-mail, website, date of birth, blood group and referred by.

By registering within our application (as a free member or privileged member), you understand that your partial or full information is visible to all Application users. Application user may use this information to contact you for business purpose or any other reason. We give you the ability to edit your membership account information at any time, including whether you want us to contact you about new services. We and Application may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Device Information:
When you use our BusinessMantra mobile application, we automatically collect certain device information by the interaction of your mobile phone. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information. Our BusinessMantra application uses device storage to store image cache on your mobile. For this we read the data writting permission and phone state of your device to check the possibility of image cache writting. Writting image cache on your device help our BusinessMantra application to load mebers profile photos faster for you.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to membership period and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at contactus@brilliantinfosys.com. and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contactus@brilliantinfosys.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Changes
